It’s been a few years since I had a bike fit and I did not realize how much my minor tweaks here and there had placed me in a bad position on the bike.  I’ve packed and unpacked the bike, changed saddles, changed the elbow pads, and worked to get more aero.  As a result, I’d gotten slower, developed some new pain off the bike, and in general was not as comfortable.  So, a few weeks ago, I decided to have this looked at by my friends at Podium Multisport and the difference is amazing.  Whether you’re just starting out or a more seasoned veteran getting a bike fit and having it checked time to time is one of the best things you can do to improve you bike split.
