If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused/unworn item(s) including all original tags and packaging at your expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Swim items, which include but are not limited to wetsuits, goggles, training gear and swimwear, cannot be returned or exchanged after worn in the water. We understand that proper fit is critical and we encourage you to try these items on in the comfort of your home. If the fit or style is not to your liking you have 30 days to return the item with all manufacturer tags and original packaging in tact.


At we understand that purchasing a bike can be daunting, and we are here to help. If you have any questions or concerns about proper sizing or fit, please contact us so that our experts can help you make the appropriate decision before you place your order. If you wish to return a bike, the bike must be unused, professionally packed, and returned in the condition in which it was received within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the bike is returned damaged or deemed ineligible for resale, the bike will be sent back to you at your expense. Bikes returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Run offers a wide selection of apparel and gear for all your running needs. Again, you have 30 days to return any run item with which you are not satisfied in unused condition with all packaging material and tags attached. Shoes must be clean and show no signs of wear. Do not use the shoe's box as a shipping box; but instead, pack it inside of a shipping box to protect both box and shoes.

Bike Components/Accessories

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at We will gladly accept the return of items such as wheels, power meters, tires, and saddles in original packaging within 30 days as long as they have not been installed, mounted, glued, ridden or show any signs of use.


DVD’s, CD’s and Software that are unopened and still in their original plastic wrap can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same title only.


Due to health concerns, is unable to accept any returns or exchanges of nutrition, supplements or consumable food products.

Sale Items

If you purchase an item from while it is on sale and you are not completely satisfied, it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The merchandise must be unused/unworn and all original tags and packaging must be in tact.

Clearance Items

The purchase of a Clearance Item is a final sale. No exceptions.

Special Orders

All special orders, defined as a non-inventory or custom item order, is a final sale and may not be returned. No exceptions.

Wrong / Defective Item

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect and it is within 30 days of purchase you may contact our Customer Service for assistance. If more than 30 days have passed please contact the manufacturer for technical support. Each brand we offer has a detailed website with contact and support information available. Returns and Exchanges Procedures:

There is no need to contact prior to returning an item. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip included with your order. Use your order number included on your packing slip as a RMA and mail to:

Refunds processes refunds once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our Returns Department. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping because your original purchase totaled more than $99 and your return brings the order total below $99 will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately two or three days after the date of processing. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two weeks, depending on your method of return.


If you have ordered an item that does not fit, feel, or look right, follow these easy steps to exchange the item. Simply login to your account and place a new order for the item you need. It is best to place a new order as soon as possible to ensure availability of the alternate item. At your convenience, return the item you do not want for a full refund. Once the returned item is received by, a refund is applied and your exchange is complete.
