Factor Bikes has introduced the all-new Factor ONE, a no compromise race bike built around a single, relentless question: How fast can a UCI legal road bike truly be?
The answer came first through data. Independent testing has confirmed the Factor ONE as the fastest road bike in the world. It came next in competition, where the bike claimed a stage win at the Critérium du Dauphiné on its very first outing as a prototype, an immediate real-world validation at the highest level of the sport.
The ONE marks a clear shift in how modern race bikes are designed. Elite road racing has changed. Riders are positioned further forward, using narrower bars, shorter cranks, higher volume tires, and more aggressive aerodynamic setups than ever before. Factor’s geometry philosophy also reflects the demands of modern racing. By separating the handlebar mount from the steering axis, the ONE allows riders to achieve longer, more aggressive reach positions without compromising stability. A revised bottom bracket drop compensates for shorter crank lengths and contemporary tire volumes, preserving balanced handling and confident control at high speed.
According to Factor founder Rob Gitelis, the ONE represents the culmination of more than a decade of focused development and a moment where the brand fully embraces its role as an aerodynamic leader. Chief engineer Graham Shrive describes it as the most purpose driven bike he has ever created, designed with a single goal in mind: helping riders win races.
