  1. We sometimes forget the common sense aspects of mechanics when racing or training, yet Bill delivers a smooth sermon which helped remind me how to change a tubie in my garage. His sense of humor (”the strength of 10 men”) hits home and I look forward to when he wins the “spoke award” for his helpful hints.

  2. Could you please explain when do i need to re-glue the rim using both cement and tape. Should I change the tape everytime I change the tire? Thank you.

Actually cement and tape are not used at the same time. It is one product or the other. If using tape, you change to a new piece of tape everytime you pull the tire off the rim. - all3sports
