Shipping Special - FREE Ground Shipping for orders over $99
all3sports.com is now offering free ground shipments to the contiguous 48 states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Your order must be $99 or more before shipping costs or applicable taxes, less than 12 pounds dimensional or scale weight(whichever is heavier)*, not designated as oversized by our shipper, and cannot be combined with coupon discounts or price matches. Typical oversized items are wheels, bikes, and bike cases.

* Dimensional weight is calculated by UPS based on the size of the box. The weight displayed at checkout or on Shipping notifications represents the scale weight, which may be less than 12 lbs but more than 12 lbs dimensionally. If your order is bigger than 12 lbs either dimensionally or scale weight, it does not qualify for this promotion.

Note: Orders choosing the Shipping Special will ship when all items in the order are available to be shipped. If this is not a good option for you, standard UPS Ground shipping is still available.

Tracking your Shipment
You will be notified of the tracking number for your package(s) via email from UPS (usually late on the night we ship your package). To ensure you receive your tracking number, please ensure that your email address on your account is correct and that the following email address is included in your email address book: QuantumViewNotify@ups.com.

Shipping within the 50 United States
The following UPS options are available on orders being shipped within the 50 United States:

• Ground - UPS Ground service may take from 1 to 7 business depending on where you are in the country. Ground service is available for the 48 contiguous United States, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska. The following map shows UPS estimated Ground shipping times from all3sports.com:

  

• 3-Day Select - UPS 3-Day Select service provides guaranteed delivery within 3 days for the 48 contiguous United States, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
• 2nd Day Air - UPS 2nd Day Air service provides guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states by the end of the second business day. Some deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days.
• Next Day Air - UPS Next Day Air service provides guaranteed delivery by the end of next business day to all 50 states. Some shipments to remote locations, Hawaii, or Alaska may require additional transit time.

Shipping to an alternate Address
To prevent fraud, customers who are shipping to an address other than their billing address will be requested to authorize the secondary address with their credit card provider. Signatures are required for high-value deliveries.

Shipping Internationally
The following UPS options are available on orders being shipped Internationally:

• Worldwide Express Plus – We offer UPS Worldwide Express Plus as a faster shipping option. This guarantees delivery by 8:30 AM to major metropolitan areas in Canada; Second business day delivery by 9:00 AM to major business centers in Europe; and Delivery typically within two to three business days by 9:00 AM to major cities in Asia. With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Duties and Foreign taxes will be billed to the customer.

• Worldwide Express – We offer UPS Worldwide Express as a faster shipping option. This guarantees delivery by 10:30 AM or 12:00 noon. Next business day to Canada; Second business day to business centers in Europe and Latin America; and Delivery typically within two or three business days to Asia. With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Duties and Foreign taxes will be billed to the customer.

• Worldwide Saver – We offer UPS Worldwide Saver as quicker shipping option. This guarantees delivery by end of day. Next business day to Canada; Second business day to business centers in Europe and Latin America; and Delivery typically within two or three business days to Asia. With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Duties and Foreign taxes will be billed to the customer.

• Worldwide Expedited – We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited as a fast, guaranteed shipping option. Delivery typically within two business days to Canada; Delivery typically within three business days to Mexico; Delivery typically within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe; and Delivery typically within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America. With this service you receive door-to-door, customs-cleared service, which means that customs clearance and brokerage fees are covered in the cost of the shipping. Duties and Foreign taxes will be billed to the customer.

Further Considerations for International shipping:

• All orders over $500.00 (US) require bank verification. There may be a delay in shipping based on the time it takes for transactions to be verified.
• If you or Customs refuses your shipment, we will refund you for the refused items; however, you will be responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping.
• Due to the increasing strictness of international customs concerning foods, drink mixes, and nutritional supplements and the resulting refusal of packages at the border, all3sports.com will not ship these items Internationally. We are sorry for any inconvenience this creates. If you add these items to your shopping cart, they will be removed before the order is shipped and you will not be charged. Due to system limitations, your order confirmation may display these items and their charges, but you will not be sent or charged for these items.

all3sports.com gladly ships to APO/FPO addresses for members of the armed services. Please note in the comments section of your order that you require the order to be shipped to an APO/FPO address. Please be aware that the shipping rates shown during checkout are for reference only and that further costs may need to be added to insure the value of the items you have ordered.

Further Considerations for APO/FPO shipping:

• Packages may not exceed 70 lbs. (Some APO/FPO addresses have lower limits)
• Packages may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth.
• All packages must be sent via the U.S. Postal System.
• There are no shipping timeline guarantees for APO/FPO orders.
• Furthermore, all3sports.com is not liable for orders not received when shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Once an item is received into the Military Post Office (MPO) there is no way for all3sports.com to track the item and all claims become the responsibility of the customer and the MPO. If you ultimately do not receive your order, please contact us and we will track if the package actually got to the MPO. If it did not, then a claim can be filed with the USPS.
• Because of the increased load on the Military Post Office system at the holiday season, orders may be delayed significantly. It is recommended that you choose other methods for receiving your order if possible.

From time to time all3sports.com may offer free ground shipping on orders as a promotion. These free shipping promotions are exclusive of coupons and other site promotions and apply to shipping within the United States only. Orders receiving the free shipping promotion will ship when all items in the order are available to be shipped.
